SCOPE OF WORK:
AEC was contracted to build this new 55+ subdivision. Our work included the stripping and stockpiling of 17,000 cy of loam, blasting thousands of yards of rock, and excavating nearly 25,000 yards of materials. AEC installed approximately 3000 feet of sewer pipe, 3000 feet of water pipe and 5000 feet of drainage. In total, the project also included approximately 2000’ of new roadway. AEC also worked with the developer on completing the lots for 32 houses.
